Delete account
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
In-app deletion (recommended)
- Open the "Tefillin Click" app.
- Go to "Profile" → "Account settings" → "Delete account".
- Confirm. Your account will be flagged for deletion.
Grace period
After you confirm, the request can be cancelled within 30 days by contacting support. After 30 days all account data will be irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
What gets deleted
- Phone number, name, profile photo.
- Push tokens and privacy settings.
- Last known location.
- Your linkage to requests and chats (the requests remain for anonymized statistics).
Manual deletion request (if you can't access the app)
If you've lost access to the app or phone, send an email from the address you registered with to privacy@tefillinclick.co.il including:
- The phone number you registered with (we'll send an SMS verification).
- Reason (optional).
We'll respond within 5 business days.
